在过去的二十年里,电子设备在汽车工业得到广泛应用,今天的汽车已经进入了电子技术的时代.汽车电子的发展对将来汽车的各种性能如安全性、操纵性、舒适性提出了更高的要求.为了加速包括硬件和软件在内的控制系统的开发设计,一些成熟的仿真测试、快速原型方法和工具是必不可少的.
TESIS DYNAware发布了R3.3.2的新版本。包括发动机物理学的enDYNA Themos模块，为现代发动机ECU测试量身打造了一个虚拟的测试环境，例如拥有可变气门升程或柴油颗粒捕捉器；对于车辆动力学仿真，新的悬架工具箱——基于实际测试的自动化模型设计，使车轴的设计流程更加方便。概念研究可以迅速和方便的执行，对车辆运行的影响也可以迅速的得到比较。
enDYNA Themos, 新一代的发动机实时仿真模块，可以对发动机内部过程进行分析，例如燃烧过程或温度和压力模式。这对柴油机和汽油机的设计和ECU测试非常有益。关键是提供了一个好的可用的仿真模型。尽管这个仿真模型有很高的复杂度，但是模型参数是基于标准测试的数据，不需要特殊的测试。
enDYNA Themos模型能够在柴油机ECU中通过缸压传感器模拟缸压的变化。并且，可以仿真多次喷射和多点喷射，这样就进行废气再循环和柴油颗粒捕捉器的废气后处理的仿真。因此，enDYNA Themos 模块极大的提高了目前发动机实时仿真模型的精确度和准确度。新的模块仍然可在任何通用的HIL测试设备中使用。针对汽油机的enDYNA Themos 模块，考虑了可变气门升程和内部与外部的EGR循环，提供了排放气体的详细成份的重要信息，并考虑了废气后处理的仿真。
veDYNA车辆动力学仿真提出了一些关于悬架、轮胎、交通仿真和动画的新特征。新的veDYNA悬架分析工具箱支持使用K&C试验测试或使用复杂的多体动力学仿真软件计算的数据来完全自动化的进行悬架数据生成。生成的车轴特性可以方便的在图形化用户界面中修改。通过在veDYNA中进行的车辆驾驶仿真结果，可以很快的对设计变量进行评估和比较。
在veDYNA中, 可以直接使用标准的Pacejka轮胎数据。这种功能，是通过Pacejka96轮胎模型的源码开放，从而扩展了此模型的Simulink接口而实现的。
